Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
- COBWEB Screens (39" / 51"): Shipped from our U.S. warehouse via Amazon. Estimated delivery within 7 business days.
- COBWEB Screens (63" and above): Shipped internationally by air via FedEx or UPS Premium Shipping. Estimated delivery within 10–15 business days.
- Installation Tools & Accessories: Estimated delivery within 7 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays.
International Shipping & Customs
We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at homeandideas.main@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) with your order number and photos of the damage, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Custom & Bulk Orders (63" / 95" or 30m+)
Orders requiring custom widths (up to 240cm/95inch) or lengths over 30m may require additional production and shipping time. Our team will provide an updated delivery estimate after reviewing your request.
